I am pretty sure that by now everyone knows the difficulty of managing large scale off-shore (or even on-shore) out sourced development projects.

What we have is a simple capability to allow small to medium scale developments to be effectively out-sourced to us as an online development resource. We develop against your specification and during the development project give regular updates to the project management site. Pretty cool really. You do need to define a project that is tight enough for you to drop on others - but as the projects are at a smaller scale than the usual out-source attempt we can work against your pre-defined interfaces or even xUnit test cases! Ideal for projects such as those in an interface driven development, or for the delivery of providers within a provder pattern model.

We can (of course) take on the larger product developments, which can be simpler to manage than standard of shore out-source using the same online model, but you will obviously need to make sure the projects are appropriately specc'ed - we can help you with this - and we just won't take them on if we think we can't deliver a good product.

If you are not a development organisation, then most of the above will be total nonsense to you! Sorry about that. Still if you just want some software developed, or have an idea you would like to make real, we can help.
